Our First Tournament Booth

Our First Tournament Booth

This past weekend marked a milestone for Gentle Art Collective as we set up our first-ever tournament booth at Prime BJJ 14.

Like stepping onto the mats for the first time, there were plenty of unknowns. We didn't know what to expect, how people would respond, or what we'd learn. What we found was a community that was welcoming, curious, and incredibly supportive.

Throughout the day, we met competitors, coaches, parents, and friends from gyms across British Columbia. Some discovered Gentle Art Collective for the first time, while others stopped by to see what we'd been working on since our launch. Every conversation, every piece of feedback, and every new connection reminded us why we started this journey.

One of the biggest highlights was seeing people interact with the collection in person. Photos are one thing, but feeling the fabrics, trying on apparel, and hearing genuine reactions is invaluable. Those conversations will directly shape what comes next.

This was never just about selling products. It was about becoming part of the community, listening, learning, and building something that reflects the people who wear it.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, supported the brand, shared kind words, or simply introduced themselves. It genuinely means more than you know.
We're only getting started.

Finally, thank you to Brooke for wearing our gear on the day. We are excited to be working with Brooke and look forward to collaborating in the future.

See you at the next tournament.
